Generally, when in Europe most athletes do very little hard training as they are mostly at their seasonal peaks and in taper mode. One of the challenges for a coach is to allow the athletes to adjust to the travel and taper for the upcoming meets while avoiding becoming stale. Thus, it is very common for athletes to do light maintenance type workouts. Here is one example of such a workout.
